The Lord’s Prayer is the prayer that Jesus taught his disciples, when they asked him how they should pray.

Our Father in heaven,
hallowed be your name,
your kingdom come,
your will be done,
on earth as in heaven.
Give us today our daily bread.
Forgive us our sins
as we forgive those who sin against us.
Lead us not into temptation
but deliver us from evil.
For the kingdom, the power,
and the glory are yours
now and for ever.

Powerful Prayer Blood Of Jesus Prayer

I plead the blood of Jesus over my life today—my spirit, my soul, my body. I plead the blood of Jesus over my spouse—spirit, soul, and body. And I plead the blood of Jesus over my children: [name them individually].

I plead the blood of Jesus over all my family and friends.

I plead the blood of Jesus over everything in my life that may be troubled; my fears, my anxiety, my sickness, my confusion, my brokenness, my sin, my anger, my worry about other people, my future, my job, my marriage, my money, my eating, my time, my entertainment, my church affiliation, my thinking, my sleep.

I place it all under the blood of Jesus, and I leave it there.

I surround myself and my family today with the blood of Jesus. Let nothing affect me or my family that does not first come through the blood of Jesus—nothing from the enemy, from other people, or from the natural world.

I let go of anything that cannot remain under the blood of Jesus—any habits, any material things, any thoughts, any people.

I choose to remain under the blood of Jesus, and claim His protection, provision, and direction today.

Prayer For Victory Over Strongholds

In Jesus mighty name, every stronghold in my life will be destroyed when I call upon You, Oh Father. According to You oh Lord, victory over strongholds is mine today and I will rejoice in it.

I will overcome any, and everything, that tries to hinder me from the path which You have set before me, just as You overcame the grave! 

No demon on earth will prosper for I am equipped and ready to charge into battle, clothed in Your mighty armor and stepping out in faith, for the battle is already won.

You are always by my side, therefore I cannot, and will not, ever be defeated. Yet, if I do stumble and fall or lose my way, I can rest assured knowing that You will pick me up and comfort me.

Set my path straight, Oh Lord. Draw near to me, closer and closer each day. Let no evil befall me. In temptation I will not yield, for my strength in You will conquer defeat as I dance in my victory.

Break every chain that attempts to bind me. Remove distractions from my path so that the plans You have laid before me will surely come to pass, for it is my destiny to be victorious, in Christ Jesus. Amen!

Prayer for Peace Father God, my heart is filled with chaos and confusion.

I feel as if I am drowning in my circumstances and my heart is filled with fear and confusion.

I really need the strength and peace that only You can give. Right now, I choose to rest in You.

Prayer for the Broken-Hearted Lord, my heart is broken but You are near. My spirit is crushed, but You are my rescuer. Your Word is my hope.

It revives me and comforts me in especially now. My soul faints, but you are the breath of life within me.

You are my help, the One who sustains me. I am weak but You are strong.

You bless those who mourn, and I trust You to bless me and my family with all that we need.

You will rescue me from this dark cloud of despair because You delight in me.
